NP: Kevin Gilbert & Thud - "Live at the Troubadour" Going to my grandparents' (mother's side) place tonight, as is the always enjoyable Christmas eve tradition. Thankfully my parents got the hint several years ago and don't try to drag me along to church. I'm glad they decided to opt for the non-confrontational holiday season. Football is on pretty soon -- Rams v. Saints. Rams will probably lose. Oh well, they don't deserve to make the playoffs anyway after the way they've been playing since, oh, October. Lousy hometown team... So anyway, happy Christmas (war is over). Enjoy your Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Eid Ul-Fitr, and pagan holiday too. Raise a glass to all that's been good this year, and raise another to all that is to come. And of course, a very wonderful Festivus to you and yours.
